Spring Harvest "Jin Xuan Golden Lily" Organic Tailand Oolong Tea Golden Lily is one of the famed "three sisters" oolong teas from Taiwan along with Cui Yu (Emerald Oolong), and Si Ji Chun (Four Seasons Spring). It is also known the world over as "milk oolong" for its characteristic smooth milk-like texture and flavor. THis fresh Golden Lily also has a very floral aroma and sweet lingering aftertaste that is very easily appreciated and enjoyable.

We are proud to offer this classic Thai hand crafted oolong as a part of our new line of Certified Organic Tailand teas!

Our Oolong #12 Jinxuan is also widely known as milky Oolong (or Wu Long). To us, it makes sense to describe a creamy unctuous texture than a real milk taste.
Moreover, be sure that this milky savor is naturally liberated : no flavor has been added in that way to our tea during the processing.

Known as "slimming tea" all across Asia, Oolong tea is widely used to ease digestion after rich meals during celebrations.

Brewing Guide
We recommend brewing Jin Xuan Oolong in the gongfu style, using a small teapot or gaiwan, to appreciate the wonderful aromatics and the unique flavors that unfurl over several infusions. Add tea leaves to fill the teapot about one-third full and rinse the leaves briefly with hot water. Pour the rinse water out and then refill the pot with hot water and let the tea steep about 45 seconds to 1 minute. Increase the steeping time by 10-15 seconds for each subsequent brew. Most oolong teas can be re-steeped at least 6 times in this manner.
