Are BYHEMP backpacks waterproof?+
Our hemp backpacks have an inner water-resistant membrane that protects the contents in normal rain. They are not designed for full submersion.
What materials are the bags made from?+
The main material is durable hemp canvas. Depending on the model, we also use nettle fiber, cotton lining, a protective membrane and reliable hardware.
Will a laptop fit inside a hemp backpack?+
WIMUND, ARUJ, CANOOT and other models include a padded inner compartment. Compare your laptop dimensions with the selected model before ordering.
How should I care for hemp accessories?+
We recommend hand washing in cool water without harsh bleach. Air-dry in the shade to preserve the color and shape for longer.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. BYHEMP ships within Ukraine and to other countries. Delivery time and cost depend on product availability, shipping method and destination.
Can I request another color or a custom design?+
BYHEMP works in small batches and considers custom requests. Email byhemp@mail.ee with the model, preferred color and size.
